Returns Policy Should you find any fault with your goods then simply return them to us explaining the problem. We will then either rectify the matter or offer a full refund. In the case of custom made items (contact lenses, spectacles etc) we cannot offer a refund or exchange if they have been made as ordered but the details provided were incorrect.While in your care we would expect you to look after the goods and return them to us either in the original packaging or other suitable material. |

Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.When you enter the checkout phase of our site your browser will activate the "LOCK" icon, QuickSSL assures you that credit card account numbers and other confidential information cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. Delivery & Back orders We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7-10 business days. You will be informed if any item is out of stock and given an approximate delivery date - but this may be subject to change as dictated by our suppliers.International orders are generally received in less than 28 days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |
Payment We accept credit/debit card payment - all transactions take place in pounds sterling (please note that credit card statements will be dedited under the name of WPS Optometrists).We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We do not charge for standard items until they are ready to ship (custom items such as contact lenses or spectacles are charged at the time of order). You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or securely over the Internet. If you are shopping anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. |
